The Visitors screen lets you invite people and view visitor records.

• Invited Visitors
  • Shows a list of visitors you’ve invited.
  • Tap + to invite someone new if no visitors are listed.
• Visitor History
  • Displays visitors who have checked in previously.
  • Admins see all visitors for the site.
  • Regular users see only visitors they personally invited.

Invite Visitor

When you tap + on the Visitors screen, you’ll land on the Invite Visitor page.

• Visitor Type
  • Select the type of visitor (e.g. “Tablet Only”).
• Contact Information
  • Enter the visitor’s phone number.
  • Tap the contact icon to pick from your phone’s contacts.
• Visit Schedule
  • Tap Select Date to choose when your visitor is expected.
• Send Invitation

  • Tap Send Invitation to save and send the invite.

  • Or tap Cancel to exit without saving.
